By joining our page, they provide their consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile. The User can access the Privacy Policies of the Social Network at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy. P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A. has access to and processes the User&#8217;s public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. It is not incorporated into any file. Regarding the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion, portability, and objection to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing thereof, which the User has and which may be exercised before P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A., in accordance with the LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Act), the following nuances should be taken into account:      <\/p>\n<ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; list-style: disc; margin: 1.5em 0px 1.5em 3em; padding: 0px;\">\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Access: This will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information in User profiles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Rectification: This right may only be exercised in relation to information under the control of P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A., for example, deleting comments published on the page itself. Normally, this right must be exercised with the Social Network. <\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Cancellation and\/or Opposition: As in the previous case, this may only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A, for example, no longer being linked to the profile.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Limitation: As in the previous case, it will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information from user profiles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Portability: As in the previous case, it may only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A, for example, no longer being linked to the profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 1.3em; margin-top: 0px;\">P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A will carry out the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; list-style: disc; margin: 1.5em 0px 1.5em 3em; padding: 0px;\">\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Access to public profile information.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Publication in the User&#8217;s profile of all information already published on the P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A. website.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Send personal and individual messages through Social Network channels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Page status updates that will be posted on the User&#8217;s profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 1.3em; margin-top: 0px;\">Users can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; list-style: disc; margin: 1.5em 0px 1.5em 3em; padding: 0px;\">\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;\">Publications<\/strong>\n<ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; list-style: disc; margin: 1.5em 0px 1.5em 3em; padding: 0px;\">\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.6em;\">Once the User has joined the P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A. page, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. In all cases, the User must be the owner of the content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, or that infringes, violates, or infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the Law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, P\u00c9REZ CERD\u00c1 S.A. reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the User. Users must be aware that their posts will be visible to other users, and therefore they are primarily responsible for their privacy.
