Injection molding

Bi-injection
The bi-injection method combines two injection processes in a single machine. It involves injecting two different types of materials into the same mold at different stages of the molding process.
IML (In Mold Labeling)
In-Mold Labeling (IML) is a manufacturing process in which pre-printed labels or graphics are placed inside a mold before plastic is injected. During the injection process, the plastic melts and flows through the mold, enveloping the label or graphic. Once the plastic has cooled and solidified, the mold is opened, and the final product is removed with the label or graphic already integrated into it.
Extrusion
Plastic extrusion is a process in which a plastic material is heated and melted, then molded into the desired shape. This process is used to manufacture a wide variety of products.
Blown
Plastic blow molding is a process in which air is used to shape a piece of soft plastic. The machine blows hot air onto a piece of soft plastic and molds it into the desired shape using a mold.
