Social Media Privacy Policy

    • Introduction
      • In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A (hereinafter PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A) informs Users that it has created a page on the Social Networks Twitter, Slideshare, Linkedin, Google +, YouTube and Facebook with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.

    The User has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A., thereby expressing interest in the information published on the Network. By joining our page, they provide their consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile. The User can access the Privacy Policies of the Social Network at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy. PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A. has access to and processes the User’s public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. It is not incorporated into any file. Regarding the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion, portability, and objection to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing thereof, which the User has and which may be exercised before PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A., in accordance with the LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Act), the following nuances should be taken into account:

    • Access: This will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information in User profiles.
    • Rectification: This right may only be exercised in relation to information under the control of PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A., for example, deleting comments published on the page itself. Normally, this right must be exercised with the Social Network.
    • Cancellation and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, this may only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A, for example, no longer being linked to the profile.
    • Limitation: As in the previous case, it will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information from user profiles.
    • Portability: As in the previous case, it may only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A, for example, no longer being linked to the profile.

    PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A will carry out the following actions:

    • Access to public profile information.
    • Publication in the User’s profile of all information already published on the PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A. website.
    • Send personal and individual messages through Social Network channels.
    • Page status updates that will be posted on the User’s profile.

    Users can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.

    • Publications
      • Once the User has joined the PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A. page, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. In all cases, the User must be the owner of the content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, or that infringes, violates, or infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the Law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A. reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the User. PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A. will not be liable for the content freely published by a User. Users must be aware that their posts will be visible to other users, and therefore they are primarily responsible for their privacy. Images published on the page will not be stored in any file by PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A., but they will remain on the Social Network.
    • Contests and promotions
      • PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A. reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which Users linked to its page may participate. The rules for each of these contests, when used on the Social Network platform, will be published therein, always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations. The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
    • Advertising
