Our factory is like a house in which each domestic space has its own function. We find rooms that correspond to the company’s different departments, all connected through management methods that make their collaborative work possible. Furthermore, this house—branched like our organizational chart—always strives to face the sun, which in this case represents our client.

It’s not a conventional house; it’s located within a moving, ever-growing tree that wants to participate in its surroundings and make them a little better every day. It has three very solid founding roots, which give way to smaller branches and, together, allow this company to continue growing.

Furthermore, nearly two hundred appropriately trained people ensure the effectiveness of our organization. While routine and repetitive tasks once required the most personnel, our robotic teams have taken over those jobs.

Meanwhile, our growing specialization has made it easier for us to recruit technicians responsible for production management and quality assurance.
